- 400 g / 14 oz butternut squash
- 20 g / 0.7 oz shelled raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbsp chopped dill
Red Bell Pepper Sauce Pie
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red sweet bell pepper
- 40 g / 1.7 oz dried figs
- 4 slices sun-dried tomatoes
- 3 small shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp dried, ground sweet pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried celery
Two Color Pudding
- 2 persimmons
- 1 Tbs raw carob powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch cinnamon
