Enjoy this delicious and healthy raw vegan New Year's Eve dinner consisting of mock wine, orange puree, red bell pepper sauce pie and two color pudding.

Ingredients
  

Mock Wine

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 orange

Orange Puree

  • 400 g / 14 oz butternut squash
  • 20 g / 0.7 oz shelled raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dill

Red Bell Pepper Sauce Pie

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red sweet bell pepper
  • 40 g / 1.7 oz dried figs
  • 4 slices sun-dried tomatoes
  • 3 small shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp dried, ground sweet pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried celery

Two Color Pudding

  • 2 persimmons
  • 1 Tbs raw carob powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch cinnamon
