I understand that Marina from Health Glows will be my coach throughout this program. I also acknowledge that Marina is not a medical doctor and does not provide diagnoses or medical treatments. Her role is to educate and guide me in the areas of a raw vegan diet, physical activity, and healthy living. I understand that this coaching program is not a form of therapy and does not promise healing or therapeutic outcomes. Likewise, my coach—Marina from Health Glows—is not responsible for the choices I make, the actions I take or fail to take, or my overall physical or mental condition. Throughout this program, my coach will maintain a professional approach. Our conversations will remain focused on topics related to diet, exercise, and health, and will not include casual or unrelated personal discussions. I understand that everything I share with my coach will be kept confidential. This allows me to be open and honest during our meetings. The coaching program will take place via scheduled video calls. Each session will be scheduled in advance. I agree to attend every session on time—arriving 5 minutes early—and to complete any assignments between sessions. If I need to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify my coach at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that if I fail to do so, the session will be considered held and will not be rescheduled.
