    What credentials do I have in order to be competent to educate people on diet?

    • I did NOT graduate from a traditional nutrition school, and my approach to diet is significantly different from the approach taught at the typical College of Nutrition and Dietetics.
    • Unlike the approach where nutrition is viewed through tables of full numbers, my understanding of nutrition is based on the following principles:
    • We follow a nature-set model that dictates that each specific species has its own specific diet determined according to the structure and function of the digestive tract of that species.
    • Instead of focusing on how many nutrients are in certain foods, we focus on how effective and efficient, and without unwanted consequences, the human body can digest, absorb and assimilate nutrients from food.

    What do you get in our coaching session?

    STEP 1: REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

    • After you register for this coaching session, you will first receive a confirmation email, and then we will together schedule a video call so that is SUITS your own schedule.
    • After we have agreed on the exact timing of the call, you will receive a link through which you can easily join the virtual room for this 60 minute video call.

    STEP 2: THE COACHING SESSION

    • At the very beginning of our conversation, first I ask you specific questions, and I write down your answers in your electronic file. I keep your answers, as well as personal data, strictly confidential. So you can be sure that your privacy is protected at all times.
    • Then we together establish what GOALS in the field of diet, health and physique you want to achieve.
    • Based on your health history, current state of health, and goals you want to achieve, I create a diet and exercise plan for you so that you reach your GOALS!

    3) CREATING A DIET AND EXERCISE PLAN FOR ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

    • When I lay out that diet and exercise plan for you, you get homework to follow the plan. Together we monitor your progress. 🏆
    • If desired and necessary, we schedule a new video call after about a month. By getting a time frame in which you commit to stick to the given plan, keeps you enthusiastic and accountable to stay on the path towards achieving your desired GOALS! 🌟

    4) WHAT THE DIET AND EXERCISE PLAN LOOKS LIKE

    • Personally, I have been practicing and teaching a low fat raw vegan diet since 2012 (and a vegan diet since 2005).
    • Thus, you will receive from me an individual seven-day raw vegan meal plan for the current season.
    • If you express a desire to consume cooked food as well, I will of course give you such options and ideas, all with explanations and ideas on how you can make those cooked dishes from fresh fruits and vegetables! 👩‍🍳👌
    • Each day of the meal plan corresponds to your personal caloric needs and desired goals.
    • More importantly, in our coaching session I teach you how to:
      1) determine your personal caloric needs
      2) how to determine your caloric needs to achieve your desired health and physique goals
      3) how to transfer those personal caloric needs into a sustainable and healthy raw vegan meal plan
      4) how to continue with your diet WITHOUT constantly counting calories
      5) how, how much and when to exercise

    4) ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS AND DOUBTS REGARDING A RAW FOOD DIET

    • In our coaching session, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions about the raw vegan diet and express your doubts.
    • I will do my best to give you logical, accurate and credible answers that stem from personal and professional experience on the raw vegan diet since 2012.
