This entirely free Raw Vegan Meal Plan online course is a gift from me to you. I created it by studying the raw vegan diet for years, which I have been on myself since February 2012.
In order to create each of the lessons in this course, I first had to:
- Make all the mistakes at the beginning of my raw diet journey.
- Read a ton of literature.
- Graduated from raw diet coaching courses.
- Attend various events around the world at which I either taught or learnt about a raw vegan diet.
In this course, you get over 10 years of my studying, as well as personal and professional experience, in 9 simple lessons. You get both theory and practice – all for your success on a raw vegan diet.
