Why Do You Feel Stiff in the Morning?
Have you ever felt stiff in the morning? Has that feeling of stiffness in your body just accumulated in you over the years, becoming more and more intense?
This feeling is not deceiving you! Your body always gives you the right signals, all you have to do is stop for a secong and listen to your body talking to you.
Through this feeling of stiffness, all your joints, bones and skeletal muscles beg you to move, to exercise… because they are part of your locomotor system. The name itself, the locomotor system, indicates movement and the need for daily exercise.

What Are the Health Benefits of Exercise?
From daily exercise, you get numerous benefits for the shape of your physical body, the health of all of your body structures and your mind.
Heart health
Your heart works tirelessly and unconditionally for you, providing you with the greatest asset you have: your LIFE. In order for the heart to continue to provide you with life so unconditionally, you need to take care of it.
When you exercise, all your tissues and organs need more oxygen and nutrients. Due to this need, the brain signals the heart to increase its work and thus speed up blood circulation. Increased heart rate, puts the heart under positive stress that strengthens the heart and extends the life of that treasure in the middle of your chest.

Bone health
Your bones are alive! Your bones have their own life, which involves the continuous renewal of bone tissue through the death of old bone cells, osteoclasts, and the production of new bone cells, osteoblasts.
In order for those new bone cells that build your bones – osteoblasts – to be stable and strong, it is necessary that they are put under load every day. Because of this, it is very important that you exercise with weights / some load, such as a weighted vest, which I personally use during exercise.
Order a weighted vest HERE.
Weight exercises are the osteoporosis prevention. And the opposite is true: lack of weight exercise is a sure way to osteoporosis.

Better Mood
Your body looks forward to exercise, which is evident from the fact that neurotransmitters called endorphins are released in your brain during exercise.
Endorphins are also known as happy hormones because they create a good mood and mental clarity. If you ever feel depression, nervousness and stress, know that the cure lies in the benefits of physical exercise.

Deeper Sleep
While you sleep, your body diligently creates and accumulates vital energy to literally charge your batteries with vital energy for your next day. However… how much vital energy your body creates and accumulates while you sleep, depends on how much it is used to spending while awake!
When the body gets a reason to spend energy through exercise during the day, the body also gets a reason to increase the battery charging during the night when you sleep. Simply put: if you want to have more energy, you ironically have to spend energy through exercise. Exercise so that your body creates and accumulates more energy while you sleep.

Insomnia No More!
Do you suffer from insomnia and restless sleep? Physical exercise during the day allows your body and mind to fall into a deeper and more peaceful sleep.

Brain Health
Physical activity speeds up circulation and enables your blood to supply all your organs with oxygen and nutrient molecules. This results in improved functioning of all organs, including the brain. Physical exercise improves the cognitive functions of the brain and enables you to have a more stable focus of attention and better memory.
Increased Muscle Flexibility and Joint Mobility
By practicing specific body flexibility exercises, you not only get nicely elongated muscles and enjoy the freedom to move your joints, but you also protect yourself from potential injuries that may occur when you need to perform a movement that requires elastic muscles and mobile joints.

Better Digestive System Function
Regular exercise strengthens all your skeletal muscles, but also the smooth muscles that build the walls of your internal organs. When your abdominal wall muscles are strong, they hold all of your internal organs in their proper positions, allowing them to function flawlessly. At the same time, by exercising you also strengthen the smooth muscles of the internal organs, enabling them to work properly.
Beautifully Sculpted Body
Exercise, provided that the right exercises are done in the right way, is like the most beautiful art of body sculpting. Do you want to have a well-sculpted body? The solution is available for free: exercise.

How to Motivate Yourself to Exercise?
Do you need motivation to exercise?
If your answer is YES, you are in the right place because now you will get sentences that will motivate you to exercise daily.
Read aloud the following sentences that will motivate you to exercise. Let them sink deep into your mind.
- Even though I don’t have time to exercise today, I will do at least 5 minutes of exercise because I am not letting the day go by without exercise.

- Even though I don’t feel like exercising today, I will still exercise because I respect my body.

- Even though the very thought of exercising is difficult for me today, I choose to exercise because I like to take care of my health.

- Although I can’t do all the exercises perfectly, at least I will try and do them the best I can.

- Even though I feel tired today, I choose to do at least easy exercises because I know that after exercising I will feel better and energised.

- There are no obstacles for me, I never give up, I am dedicated and consistent to my healthy choices.

I love seeing what exercises you do, and I feel inspired. My body shape is very similar to yours and I would love to do the same exercises as you!
I would much prefer to do yoga exercises with weights rather than lifting weights as I had done previously (before I broke my arm😔).
Can you tell me what program you follow etc? And how I should start? Do you exercise at home or go to classes?
Many thanks,
Julie🩷
