Breakfast - before or after Morning Exercise?
The first item on the healthy meal plan is exercise along with body hydration with water or lemon-water.
By exercising you prepare your body to absorb and assimilate nutrients from food in the most effective way.
Breakfast comes after morning exercise.

What Is the Role of Breakfast?
The role of breakfast is to provide:
- muscle recovery from exercise
- deep hydration of the body

What Food Contributes to Muscle Recovery from Morning Exercise?
Muscle recovery is achieved by consuming food that is naturally rich in simple sugars. This is how the fuel used by the body during exercise is restored – glucose from the blood and glycogen from the muscles.

What Food Helps Hydrate the Body?
Body hydration is achieved by consuming food that is naturally rich in water. The water inside plants, i.e. fruits and vegetables, is water that is structurally bound in the plant tissue. This kind of water is called structured water. This is the very water that’s in your tissues when they’re hydrated.
Structured water is water in a gelatinous state, because it is connected to all the nutrients inside the plant. Water of this structure and condition is the water that our bodies can best use to hydrate body cells.

What Should You Eat for Breakfast for Regular Bowel Movement?
A juicy fruit breakfast also encourages regular bowel movement. High structured water content effectively soaks the material in the intestines that needs to come out of the intestines. Additionally, soluble fibres from the fruit gently stimulate the intestines to work.

What Food Should You Eat to Get Plenty of Vitamin C?
Fruit is rich in extremely important vitamins, such as vitamin C.
People on a standard diet are dehydrated, have a large vitamin C deficiency and suffer from constipation. All this results in a high degree of toxemia.
The same caloric value of food from a standard diet breakfast yields about 500 times LESS vitamin CÂ than from the same caloric value of food from a raw diet breakfast.
In the next two pictures below, you can see the nutrient profiles of a standard diet breakfast example (the first picture) and a raw vegan breakfast example. Notice the vitamin C values from these two examples and see how much more precious vitamin C you get from a raw vegan breakfast.

Why Green Juice Along with Fruit for Breakfast?
Green juice made from cold-pressed organic Greny Smith apples and green leafy vegetables such as celery, parsley, Swiss chard, spinach, dill, etc., is an extremely nice addition to a fruit breakfast.
Green leafy vegetables are the primary source of minerals. It is the presence of these minerals, at least in my experience, that completes the feeling of satiety and satisfaction after a meal.
Notice that I am talking about juicing, not blending, green leafy vegetable and Grany Smith apple. So, juices, not smoothies.
The difference between juice and smoothie is that blending chops fibres, while juicing removes the indigestible cellulose and thus the nutrients are released for direct absorption in the intestines.

Raw Vegan Breakfast Ideas
As this blog post and accompanying video were written, that is filmed, in November, here you see an example of a raw vegan breakfast that is typical for the winter months in Europe: clementines / tangerines and green juice (Granny Smith apple and leafy green vegetables).

Throughout the year, therefore, in different seasons and in different locations around the world, we have, logically, different raw vegan breakfast examples. But you should know the unchangeable rule: the healthiest raw vegan breakfast food is always the juiciest fruit in the given season and location.
Other examples of a raw vegan breakfast are:
- watermelon
- melon
- papaya
- peaches
- nectarines
- pineapple
Or whatever juicy fruit you choose.

- The role of breakfast is muscle recovery from morning exercise and body hydration.
- A healthy breakfast contains plenty of vitamin C and provides optimal body hydration.
- A healthy breakfast consists of juicy fruit and, if desired, green juice.
