Raw Vegan Breakfast Ideas

Throughout the year, therefore, in different seasons and in different locations around the world, we have, logically, different raw vegan breakfast examples. But you should know the unchangeable rule: the healthiest food for a raw vegan breakfast is always the juiciest fruit in the given season and location.

  • nectarines

Tips for Better Digestion

By following a few simple but effective tips, you can enjoy your meal significantly more and thus have better digestion. Consequently, you will feel more satiated and satisfied after the meal.

  • Prepare your meal focused on food preparation. You can play some relaxing music in the background while you are preparing your meal.
  • Serve food so that it looks attractive and neat.
  • Eat in peace.
  • Chew each bite well.
  • Feel gratitude for food, the flavours of fresh plant foods and all the nutritional value that your body gets from food.

Introduce these seemingly small, but extremely powerful, habits into your diet and you will see how much better you will digest food and how much more you will feel satiated and satisfied after your meal.
