What Will You Get in This Course?

In this Yoga Body Sculpt online course, you’ll receive the following eight yoga classes:

  • Day 1: Whole Body Bliss
  • Day 2: Neck Pain Relief
  • Day 3: Arms & Shoulders Defined
  • Day 4: Abs & Back Muscles Shredded
  • Day 5: Sculpted Glutes & Strong Pelvis

Class Schedule

All yoga classes of the Yoga Body Sculpt online course last between 35 and 45 minutes, except for the 8th yoga class which is a 4 minute tutorial.

Over the course of eight days, you’ll receive one new yoga class in your email each day.

Day 1: Whole Body Bliss

In the first class, you’ll gently become more aware of your body and get familiar with various asanas.

This practice is perfect for you if you’re new to yoga or returning after a break and want to ease back into your practice.

Day 2: Neck Pain Relief

Enjoy an incredibly soothing session focused on relieving neck and shoulder pain and stiffness.

This class is perfect for you if you want to feel light, mobile, and pain-free in your neck and shoulders.

Day 3: Arms & Shoulders Defined

Get ready for an energising workout designed to tone and strengthen your arms and shoulders.

This practice is perfect for you if you’re aiming for sculpted and strong upper body muscles.

Day 4: Abs & Back Muscles Shredded

Day 5: Sculpted Glutes & Strong Pelvis

This session focuses on sculpting your glutes and strengthening your pelvic area.

Day 6: Elongated & Strong Leg Muscles
