Why are Tropical Fruits the Most Nutritious Food for the Human Body?

Humans originated from the tropics. This means that during life in tropical regions, the human organism adapted to the tropical conditions. That adaptation meant developing specific anatomical structures and physiological processes. The human body thus adapted to eating tropical fruits.

Tropical fruits, as well as vegetables, thus became, and remain, the optimal food for the human body. Unfortunately, due to migrations from the tropics, people were in search for whatever food was available in other regions of the world. This change in location resulted in tropical fruits being forgotten.

Even today, most people don’t even know what delicious tropical fruits they’re missing out on because they don’t even know that they exist.

It is true that tropical fruits are the most nutritious food for the human body. In addition to this, tropical fruits are extremely delicious without any seasoning or cooking. The very fact that tropical fruit is food that is delicious to us without any preparation indicates that the human body recognises tropical fruit as its optimal food.

Why are Tropical Fruits Not Sold all around the World?

Demand dictates the market – is an old rule in the world of trade that still applies today. This means that sellers keep a track of what is selling the most. This way they determine which products people want to buy. Based on this finding, the sellers provide and sell those very products that are in demand.

In order for people to even demand tropical fruit, they must first learn about tropical fruits. Once people stop buying all sorts of artificial products that are pale copies (or even toxic copies) of real natural foods, and start demanding tropical fruits instead, the market will satisfy demand.

This means that if you want to see that all those packaged NON-nutritious products that are not even food replaced with real food – a wide range of tropical fruits, as well as of course all other fruits and vegetables, then you have to demand exclusively that what you want to see.

Notice how in most supermarkets today, the fresh fruit and vegetable section represents the smallest part of the entire supermarket. This can change if we together demand more fresh fruits and veggies!

Just imagine walking into a supermarket and seeing shelves filled with different types and varieties of quality, organic fruits and vegetables from all over the world. In this way, you would have the opportunity to enrich your diet with nutrients from the best and tastiest fruits from different soils and from different climates.
