Stuffed Boats
- 1 big zucchini
- 300 g / 10 oz cauliflower
- 1/2 celery stalk
- 50 g / 1.8 oz brown button mushrooms
- 1/2 small red bell pepper
- 30 g / 1 oz sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp dried chives
Nectarine Delight
- 50 g / 1.7 oz dates
- 1 Tbs raw carob powder
- 1 nectarine
