Ingredients
  

Cream Soup

  • 1 young & fresh sweet corn
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 1/6 kohlarabi
  • 1/2 small yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
  • 4 bay leaves

Stuffed Boats

  • 1 big zucchini
  • 300 g / 10 oz cauliflower
  • 1/2 celery stalk
  • 50 g / 1.8 oz brown button mushrooms
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper
  • 30 g / 1 oz sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried chives

Nectarine Delight

  • 50 g / 1.7 oz dates
  • 1 Tbs raw carob powder
  • 1 nectarine
  • pinch cinnamon
