Pre-planned water fasts are often stressful, so they lead to overeating the day before and the day after the water fast. On the other hand, some people mask their anorexic behaviour under the term "water fasting". The point is to ALWAYS live and eat in such a way that water fasting is not necessary. Why I Never Fast? In 2022, I did my 3 week supervised water fast at a water fast center in Costa Rica. This means that I consumed only and exclusively clean water and that I was exclusively resting during that period. This powerful therapy brought many health benefits to me.
